We maintain a team of "x" highly skilled and dedicated DevOps engineers who are available on a full-time basis to support our customers' infrastructure requirements.

Our support is available 24/7 and our Service Level Response Time varies based on the plan chosen. For premium/enterprise plans, we offer a 30-minute response time with dedicated chat support. For basic plans, we offer email support with a response time under 8 hours. We strive to optimize performance and stability, which has led to a 99.9% SLA for our customers based on their respective plans.

We offer email and phone support to both new and existing customers seeking information on our enterprise plans. Our experienced support staff is committed to delivering tailored solutions that address your specific business needs, and typically responds to inquiries within a few hours of receipt.
